1 oz. Plantation Rum Jamaica 2000 Vintage
.5 oz. Mathilde Orange XO Liqueur
.25 oz. Rich Simple Syrup
.25 oz. Fee Bros. Orgeat Syrup
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Shake and strain into ice filled old fashioned glass.
Garnish with mint sprig and Sonya orchid.
