 6 raspberries

3 pineapple chunks

1½ ounces Cane Rum

¾ ounce Mathilde Pêche Liqueur (peach schnapps)

1 ounce fresh sour mix

Pineapple chunk and 2 raspverries, for garnish

Place the fruit in a mixing glass and muddle briskly. Add the liquors, sour mix, and ice. Shake vigorously (or roll) and pour into a highball glass. Garnish with pineapple and raspberries.
